“DIVINELY” inspired by the Holy Spirit to develop an independent ministry based on holiness, evangelism, multiethnicity, and interdenominational. Several men at San Quentin State Prison heeded the call and anointing on their lives to preach the gospel. These men shared Bishop Ralph’s vision and TBI was divinely formed.
